Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project Manager in the Digital Sector to support cloud modernization for the U.S. Coast Guard at the C5ISC in Alexandria, VA. The role centers on coordinating cloud migration, onboarding applications, and delivering project objectives using Agile practices and Jira/Confluence administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/PM/Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, IT modernization, cloud migration, or related programs.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Hands-on Jira/Confluence administration including workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams in project management roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, roadmaps, milestones, and plans using Jira, MS Project, and related tools.
• Track execution against scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; support requirements gathering and stakeholder coordination.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, action items, and customer communications; monitor Agile delivery metrics.
