Doist is seeking a Senior IT Programmer Analyst to maintain and enhance a cloud-native platform used in storm response and asset management. You will work across front-end, back-end, data, and cloud infrastructure to deliver reliable solutions for field and operations teams.

The role emphasizes full-stack engineering, AWS cloud, GIS, offline-first approaches, and collaboration with cross-functional IT and operations teams to ensure security, performance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy full-stack features across a modern web platform.
• Build and maintain a map-based geospatial UI and analytics.
• Enhance offline-capable functionality for low-connectivity field conditions.
• Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems using modern data patterns.
• Contribute to an AI-powered assistant built on managed generative-AI cloud services.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure reliability, performance, security, and compliance across the platform.
• Provide level 3 support for the application and its embedded reporting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release management.
