Job summary

The Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT) seeks a senior Cloud Integrations Solutions Architect to design, architect, and support secure, scalable cloud platforms across Colorado agencies. You will lead SDLC processes, drive standardized cloud operations, and enable cost-effective cloud hosting with strong governance and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Cloud based engineering.
Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience designing, architecting, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions on GCP and AWS with expertise in GKE, Cloud IAM, BigQuery, EKS, AWS IAM, and Redshift.
Experience designing secure multi-tenant cloud environments with governance and IaC in GCP/AWS.

Responsibilities

Architect and lead secure, multi-tenant cloud hosting across the enterprise.
Design and deliver IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and DBaaS to optimize performance and cost.
Drive DevSecOps, cloud orchestration, and immutable infrastructure practices.
Lead SDLC planning, governance, and compliance across agency workloads.
Develop reusable architecture and CI/CD patterns to accelerate delivery.
Partner with product/operations to translate roadmaps into production cloud architectures.
Ensure GovRAMP, FedRAMP, CJIS and DoD IL4 compliance in designs.
Build robust data recovery and DR plans with RPO/RTO targets.
Validate failover capabilities and business continuity across services.
