Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Senior Integration Software Engineer to design, build, and scale its cloud-native Enterprise Integration Hub on Google Cloud Platform. You will develop Java-based microservices and event-driven integrations, and contribute to IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, expertise in Terraform, Maven, CI/CD, and GCP, and delivering scalable integration solutions for enterprise-wide business capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, integration engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related field.
• Strong hands-on Java development: Spring Boot, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices.
• Experience building cloud-native apps in GCP or another major cloud.
• Hands-on with messaging/event-driven tech: GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, etc.
• Terraform for IaC and CI/CD pipelines expertise.
• API design, API management, and integration best practices.
• Experience with enterprise-scale systems and distributed apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based microservices and integrations on GCP.
• Build and support event-driven integrations using GCP services.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks and patterns for enterprise initiatives.
• Design integrations between cloud platforms and enterprise apps (OIC, Oracle Fusion, Manhattan, o9).
• Refactor for reliability, performance, and scalability; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate to establish integration standards and validate deliverables.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews.
