Job summary

Jabil seeks a Principal Product Test Engineer, Advance Compute to drive technical leadership for NPIs and manufacturing programs within the Intelligent Infrastructure division. You will balance customer requirements with factory execution and business objectives, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure performance, quality, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 5-8 years' experience in software manufacturing test development/sustaining with enterprise server, storage, or networking products.
• Experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and Jabil operations teams in resolving complex product, process, and material issues using structured analytical approaches.
• Collaborate with site operations and test leadership to conduct root cause investigations and improve FPY, test throughput, and repair yield.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customer product introductions and manufacturing performance across server and storage platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge bases, mentor test and debug leads, and incorporate feedback to support daily operational excellence.
