Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Principal Product Test Engineer, Advanced Compute to guide the technical direction of platform NPIs and manufacturing programs within the Intelligent Infrastructure division. You will balance customer requirements, factory execution, and business objectives while collaborating with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure top performance and reliability.

Qualifications

5-8 years' experience in software manufacturing test development/sustaining with enterprise server, storage, or networking products.
Experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environment.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Lead customer and Jabil operations teams in resolving complex product, process, and material issues using structured analytical approaches.
Collaborate with site operations and test leadership to execute root cause investigations and drive measurable improvements in FPY, test throughput, and repair yield.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customer product introductions and manufacturing performance across server and storage platforms.
Develop and maintain technical knowledge bases, mentor test and debug leads, and incorporate feedback to support daily operational excellence.
