Job summary

TAG Software Group seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support cloud and on‑premises infrastructure across multiple products and customer environments.

You will be hands‑on with Azure and AWS, IaC, containers, and CI/CD, collaborating with product, support, and customer success teams to improve reliability, security, automation, and scalability of mission‑critical SaaS applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps roles.
• Strong experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience supporting production SaaS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure across multiple products and customer environments.
• Manage and support infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical SaaS applications.
• Implement infrastructure security best practices, including vulnerability management, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operations using IaC and scripting tools.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives.
