Job summary

Fiserv seeks a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure critical to operations and growth. You’ll work with a dedicated team to ensure high availability, performance, and security across cloud and on‑prem environments.

The role is on‑site Mon–Fri in the New Jersey/New York area, requiring 5+ years in infrastructure, 3+ years in cloud, and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes. Eligible for an annual incentive; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 3+ years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.
• Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
