Qualifications

• 5–8 years of engineering experience with DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
• Enterprise Kubernetes topologies and security architecture experience.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and optimize security of an enterprise-wide, multi-region SaaS platform, IAM governance strategies, and zero-trust cloud architectures.
• Maintain and evolve security platform enabling developers to deploy secure workloads.
• Implement and manage enterprise compliance frameworks using Policy-as-Code tooling (OPA/Kyverno) across infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Champion a security-first culture and conduct architectural reviews for core services.
• Remediate security gaps with risk-based vulnerability management.
• Partner with compliance and security teams to support accreditation across industry standards and customer expectations.
