Skylo is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure and Networking professional to own the health and reliability of the company\'s hybrid production environment. You will manage GKE clusters, on‑premise Kubernetes, and the observability stack while triaging incidents across storage, network, and databases.

You will lead runbooks, RCA analyses, and capacity planning, coordinating with NI, security, and Platform Engineering to drive automation and resilience in a 24x7 setting.

Competenze

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering, SRE, or cloud operations in a 24x7 production environment.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise with multi-cluster operations, RBAC, and PVC/CSI management.
• Experience with observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Runbook authorship and defining operational standards for cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with both public cloud (GCP/AWS) and on‑premises private cloud environments.

• Own 24x7 cloud infrastructure health across Skylo’s hybrid production environment.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure failure modes at Kubernetes, storage, network, and database layers.
• Lead RCA and post-incident ownership with structured problem statements.
• Collaborate with NI, security, and Ops Platform Engineering on automation and hardening.
• Define and maintain SLOs, capacity plans, and runbooks for reliable operations.
