Job summary

Socket.dev in Knoxville, TN is seeking a senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud and on‑premise data center solutions. You will ensure secure, scalable, and reliable server environments supporting Windows and Linux.

You will collaborate with development, operations and security teams to optimize Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud deployments, maintain Active Directory/Entra ID, DHCP, DNS, SSO, and backups, and provide guidance on capacity planning and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline with 8+ years of work experience.
• Excellent oral, grammatical, written, and multi-tasking skills.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux server infrastructure, Entra ID, network topology, and server operating systems.

Responsibilities
