The role requires extensive experience in security hardening, DR planning, and enterprise app support across .NET, Java, SQL/Oracle, and Dynamics, with strong networking skills and OSI expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience administering Windows Server in hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments.
• 6+ years automating with PowerShell, SCCM, and related admin tools.
• 6+ years of enterprise infrastructure resilience, including backup and DR planning.
• 6+ years supporting enterprise apps across .NET, Java, SQL/Oracle, and Dynamics.
• Strong networking knowledge and OSI layer understanding; security focused.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments in hybrid infra.
• Perform OS upgrades, patching, testing, and security updates.
• Develop automation via PowerShell and other tools for routine tasks.
• Lead server migrations from on‑prem to cloud platforms.
• Implement security configurations and conduct vulnerability remediation.
• Manage patch cycles using SCCM and report on status.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability.
• Oversee backups and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Provide advanced server‑level support for enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy applications and improve infra.
