FinOps Weekly is a fully remote, US-based team delivering a cutting-edge cloud cost optimization platform. We seek an experienced Senior Cloud FinOps Analyst to analyze usage, model costs, and drive savings across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will own cost strategies from data collection to root-cause resolution, collaborating with finance and engineering to optimize Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and other discounts. A strong background in analytics and cloud billing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, CS, or a related field.
• Proven cloud FinOps experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Expert-level knowledge of Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and other discount instruments.
• Strong analytics and financial modeling skills using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cloud usage and cost data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Fine-tune discounts across AWS, Azure, and GCP to maximize savings.
• Surface inefficiencies and edge cases in cost strategies and fix them.
• Translate data into actionable, risk-aware decisions and own issues end-to-end.
