• Embed with product and delivery teams from discovery through implementation.
• Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning and deployment pipelines.
• Integrate cloud solutions with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM and monitoring tools.
• Oversee PoCs, migrations, and adoption of enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and New Relic.
• Collaborate with network and security teams on secure, scalable designs.
• Mentor architects and engineers; contribute to IT operating model and cost initiatives.
