Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to own the enterprise security capabilities across cloud, network, data, endpoint, WAF, and SIEM. This individual contributor role sets engineering direction and mentors engineers while maintaining hands-on cloud security ownership for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure controls are designed, deployed, and configured correctly across domains, with strong leadership in security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of security engineering experience in a mid to large-scale enterprise.
• 5+ years securing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS resources in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI).
• Hands-on depth in multiple security domains and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction across security domains and mentor engineers.
• Lead cloud security strategy and manage CSPM, CNAPP, CASB implementations.
• Guide network, data, endpoint security and SIEM operations with hands-on involvement.
