Job summary

BCore is seeking a Cloud Engineer in Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO to join a busy Mission Services team. You will automate deployments, optimize performance, and integrate with enterprise authentication while maintaining security protocols.

Ideal candidates have TS clearance with SCI eligibility, strong AWS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Angular experience, plus a background in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in a PaaS context.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or related field.
• Eight or more years of experience are required.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Automate service deployments and optimize system performance.
• Maintain security and monitoring across AWS infrastructure.
• Produce detailed documentation for operations and customers.
• Deliver full-stack applications in a PaaS environment.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to agile ceremonies.
• Develop with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web tech (Angular).
