Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years building and operating high-volume cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Proven ability to move fast and handle ambiguity across teams.
• Experience driving technical decisions and mentoring others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ownership mindset, and collaboration.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve decisions and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition and implementation of significant components of our new cloud architecture.
• Deliver low-latency and highly scalable services.
• Partner closely with our desktop agent and AI teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and mentoring the team.
