Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is building the next generation cloud-based security platform from its hybrid offices in Redmond, Sunnyvale, Austin, NYC, and Toronto. You will join a fast-moving team responsible for scaling systems and applying AI to breach prevention.

The role requires 8+ years in high-volume cloud services, strong Go/Java skills, and the ability to lead across teams while delivering secure, scalable solutions. Travel and collaboration across offices are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to move fast and deal with ambiguity while leading collaboration across teams.
• Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in defining and implementing significant components of our new cloud architecture, collaborating with our most senior technologists.
• Deliver low-latency and highly scalable services.
• Partner closely with our desktop agent and AI teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and growing the technical skills our team needs to excel.
