Job summary

Seneca Holdings seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize complex technology solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. You will mentor staff, partner with stakeholders, and ensure security and compliance in a FedRAMP-capable GCC/Azure setup.

In this remote role, you will drive architectural decisions, lead migrations, and deliver scalable, secure systems while mentoring junior engineers and advancing operational excellence within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Advanced experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCC) and Microsoft 365/identity platforms.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise technology solutions across on-premise, cloud, applications, security, and collaboration platforms.
• Serve as a SME, providing Tier 2/3 support and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Lead deployments, upgrades, integrations, and migrations with minimal disruption to operations.
• Architect and enforce technical standards, configurations, and best practices.
