Job summary

CI Azumano, a Seneca Holdings travel management company, seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer for a remote role. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise IT solutions across on-premise, cloud, and collaboration platforms, while guiding security and compliance with NIST/ISO standards.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to architectural decisions, and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / identity platforms, networking and security technologies, enterprise applications and integrations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, cross‑platform technical issues.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise technology solutions across on-premise infrastructure, cloud, applications, security, and collaboration platforms.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned technologies, providing Tier 3/4 support and root‑cause analysis for complex issues.
• Lead technical deployments, upgrades, integrations, and migrations with minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and enforce technical standards, configurations, and best practices.
• Contribute to system architecture, technology roadmaps, and lifecycle planning.
