Job summary

Epignosis is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join the Cloud Infrastructure Engineering team, based in Athens. You will architect, implement, and optimize our AWS Cloud environment, driving automation and best practices in DevOps and SRE.

You will work with an experienced team to ensure scalability, security, and reliability of our product suite. You will mentor junior engineers, shape CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to postmortem processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles with production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AWS Cloud infrastructure.
• Architect and implement IaC solutions for scalability and maintainability.
• Automate operations using scripting and AWS services.
• Participate in On-Call rotation and incident response.
• Collaborate with developers to design and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliability and efficiency.
• Build and maintain internal tooling to streamline workflows.
• Define and monitor system performance metrics and lead postmortems.
• Troubleshoot production systems at scale and mentor junior engineers.
• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing across the org.
