Job summary

FinThrive in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to architect, deploy, and optimize secure Azure environments using Terraform, with a focus on self-service capabilities and governance.

You will lead landing zones, automate provisioning, integrate CI/CD via Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, and mentor the team on Copilot-driven coding practices while ensuring HIPAA/NIST compliance in enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Terraform and IaC with self-service cloud adoption.
• Deep experience with Azure landing zone architecture and Terraform deployment.
• Experience building cloud automation and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Azure landing zones per Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules for automated provisioning and self-service.
• Build self-service capabilities for teams to securely adopt resources.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Mentor team on using GitHub Copilot to accelerate infrastructure code development.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST 800-53.
