Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise-scale multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including automation, IaC, and security practices within a healthcare context.

You will design, implement, operate, and maintain cloud infrastructure, collaborate with application and security teams, and drive automation to ensure highly available, compliant infrastructure for critical healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 1-2 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) and automation frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD concepts, GitHub, and cloud platform management services.
• Strong systems administration experience (Windows, Linux, Active Directory, DNS).
• Experience with monitoring, ITSM platforms, CMDB tools, and ITIL-based processes.
• Knowledge of networking incl. routing, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, security, and access management.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop and support automation solutions using Terraform, GitHub, scripting, and IaC best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues including incident response and root cause analysis.
• Partner with application teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Support cloud workloads and ensure integration across multi-cloud platforms.
• Drive operational excellence through automation and process improvement.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and architectural decisions.
