Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead the cloud team, design scalable Azure platforms, and drive IaC through Terraform and GitHub-based CI/CD. You will mentor staff, set technical direction, and partner with architecture, security, and operations to optimize cost and performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on Azure engineering, disaster recovery, security, and FinOps, with occasional after-hours maintenance and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT infrastructure experience with Azure
• 3+ years leading technical teams on cloud projects
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and architecture patterns
• Experience with IAM, networking, security and cost optimization

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Cloud Team including mentoring and setting goals
• Define Azure platform standards, roadmaps, and operating practices
• Evolve cloud operating model with DevOps and platform engineering
• Design and implement Azure solutions with Terraform and CI/CD
• Research new cloud technologies and optimize cost and performance
• Handle Tier 3 support, incident analysis and on-call duties
