Job summary

Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) is seeking a senior Cloud Engineer to design and deploy multi‑cloud infrastructure across Azure, M365, AWS, and AVD. You will own lifecycle management, implement IaC, and lead migrations with minimal supervision.

Applicants should have 5+ years in cloud or infrastructure roles, strong Entra ID, MFA, and networking knowledge, and demonstrated mentoring capabilities. This role includes travel and a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure on Azure, M365, AVD, and AWS.
• Lead cloud deployment and migration projects with minimal supervision.
• Own administration and lifecycle management of cloud services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Windows 365 cloud PCs, and AVD host pools.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions (Terraform, ARM, Bicep), automation frameworks, and operational tooling.
• Analyze performance, availability, and security metrics across Azure, M365, AVD, and AWS environments and drive improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to engineering standards, governance practices, and platform roadmaps.
