Inductive Automation in the United States seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer I to design and manage cloud systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP, focusing on scalable architectures and IaC. Qualifications

• 4-6 years of cloud engineering experience.
• Systems Design / Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Cloud Computing (Linux, Containers).
• IaaS / PaaS knowledge and requirements analysis.
• APM software and cloud monitoring tools (DataDog, New Relic, Dynatrace, CloudWatch).
• Strong Linux/Unix proficiency and hands-on AWS services.
• IaC modules Terraform and CloudFormation; Kubernetes on EKS/ECS/Fargate.
• AWS Systems Manager for configuration and fleet management.
• Security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery awareness.
• Willingness to learn and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Designing and managing Inductive Automation’s cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy
• Developing and modifying scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure on IaaS and PaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Building and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) for cloud environments
• Deploying and operating containerized workloads on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), Amazon ECS, and AWS Fargate
• Managing configuration and patching of cloud systems with AWS Systems Manager
• Evaluating and identifying the best cloud solutions for the organization
• Incorporating security management and privacy requirements into cloud hardware, software, and applications
• Designing controls and processes that utilize available audit tools
• Maintaining up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology
• Participating in on-call rotation for customer-facing services
