Job summary

Inductive Automation LLC is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer I to design and manage cloud systems, building scalable architectures on AWS/Azure/GCP. The role focuses on IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and containerized workloads on Kubernetes and AWS Fargate.

You will contribute to security, monitoring, and cost-aware decisions while collaborating with software and sales engineering teams. Remote, on-site, or hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of cloud engineering experience.
• Experience designing cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on with Linux and container technologies.
• IaC tooling experience (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience deploying containers on Kubernetes (EKS/ECS).
• Familiarity with cloud security, monitoring and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Inductive Automation’s cloud systems and strategy.
• Develop scalable architecture on IaaS and PaaS platforms.
• Build and maintain IaC for cloud environments.
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes and AWS Fargate.
• Manage configuration and patching with AWS Systems Manager.
• Evaluate and select cloud solutions; ensure security compliance.
