Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead the design, implementation, automation, and operational excellence of our AWS cloud platforms. You will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure and collaborate with multiple teams to drive best practices.

The role includes on-call rotations and a focus on automation, security, and performance across enterprise-scale environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering for enterprise-scale environments.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional required.
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
• Experience with Linux and Windows-based cloud environments.
• Incident management and on-call rotations experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support secure, scalable, highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and related tooling.
• Implement least-privilege IAM models and security controls.
• Lead vulnerability remediation and cloud security initiatives.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and developer productivity.
• Troubleshoot database and infrastructure issues on services you provide.
• Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and execution with engineering teams.
