CrowdStrike is seeking a senior engineering leader to help scale our cloud-based security platform from Redmond and beyond. You will define and implement key cloud components, deliver low-latency services, and collaborate with AI teams to advance our next-generation capabilities.

You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and champion fast, thoughtful delivery while maintaining ownership over critical system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Go or Java.
• Able to move fast and lead collaboration across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience driving technical decisions across groups.
• Ownership mindset.
• Mentorship and code/design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement significant components of our new cloud architecture.
• Deliver low-latency and highly scalable services.
• Partner with desktop agent and AI teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and growing technical skills.
