Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in management positions.
• Solid design and problem-solving skills with a passion for engineering excellence, quality, security, and performance.
• Excellent communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
• Familiarity with real-time streaming and analytics platforms (e.g., Apache Pinot, Kafka, Flink).
• Experience handling large-scale datasets and building scalable data solutions.
• Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience with ability to scale processes.
• Programming skills in Golang, Python, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers building and optimizing core pipeline protecting cloud workloads, containers, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Drive roadmap and technical strategy and lead hiring, retaining, and growing a high-talent engineering team.
• Architect enterprise-grade solutions that scale from thousands to millions of requests per second.
• Lead a distributed global team across time zones to deliver high-quality products.
• Partner with product management to align cloud proactive capabilities with customer needs and platform evolution.
• Own validation processes for proactive vulnerability detections and automate workflows to maintain security standards.
