Job summary

AWS ProServe is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects, blending technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive customer outcomes. You'll apply AWS frameworks, decompose requirements, and manage risks across diverse stakeholders.

You will coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful AWS-based implementations that meet performance, security, and business goals. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies.
• 4+ years of IT implementation experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping them to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards.
