Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects.

You will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations for clients, bridging business needs with technical solutions and applying Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework principles. You will validate solutions against business goals, manage risks, and communicate complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Five+ years leading IT projects with external customers or equivalent experience.
Five+ years of program or engagement management overseeing multiple projects.
One+ year as Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams.
Three+ years of cloud computing experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS frameworks.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align with customer outcomes.
Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to business outcomes.
Decompose complex technical problems into actionable solutions.
Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
