Job summary

Tangram Flex is seeking a Senior DevSecOps/Platform Engineer to lead cloud-native infra, secure software delivery, and cATO readiness. You will architect and scale CI/CD environments, mentor engineers, and drive security from the start across DoD-grade domains.

The role requires 5+ years in DevSecOps, active citizenship, and expertise with AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD. A hybrid work model and strong engineering culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in software deployment, cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
• U.S. Citizenship with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• Expert AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes architecture, Docker, Linux admin, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and optimization of enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Mature GitOps workflows across multi-cluster environments with FluxCD/ArgoCD.
• Establish automated testing, vulnerability gates, SBOM, and security shift-left.
• Architect secure, highly available cloud-native infra using AWS GovCloud and Kubernetes.
• Drive compliance-as-code for DoD directives and NIST controls.
