Job summary

PTC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure powering our SaaS platform. This role emphasizes reliability at scale and close collaboration with software engineers and security stakeholders.

You will drive automation, observability, and efficient software delivery while working with a globally distributed team in a hybrid in-person/remote setup. This position offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps/SRE or related roles.
• Experience supporting production cloud environments at scale.
• Experience in Agile software development organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily within AWS.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks through scripting and tooling.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and related technologies.
• Monitor production and non-production environments to ensure platform health and stability.
