Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Senior DevOps Cloud/ IaC Engineer to join the global DevOps Cloud & Automation team. You will design and operate scalable CI/CD platforms, IaC workflows, and AI-enabled infrastructure in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Hybrid work model with 3 days in Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA, or 2 days in Denver, CO. You will enable self-service platforms for developers and contribute to cost optimization and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or related discipline plus 5+ years in DevOps / CI/CD / Platform Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Strong in Terraform, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Proficiency in Python, Groovy.
• Experience with AWS cloud and networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of microservices, HA/DR, and multi-region architectures.
• Hands-on with Redis, Kafka, Cassandra, ELK.
• Strong Linux/Windows administration skills.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terraform Cloud).
• Implement GitOps (ArgoCD) and Kubernetes deployments (Helm).
• Manage tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Nexus/Artifactory.
• Operate and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda).
• Enable self-service platforms for development teams.
• Implement monitoring, security, and cost optimization.
• Support AI/ML integrations and AI Infra-as-a-Service capabilities.
