Job summary

Worldpay in the United States is seeking a Senior DevOps Cloud/IaC Engineer to join our DevOps Cloud & Automation team. You will design and operate CI/CD pipelines, implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and manage Kubernetes deployments using ArgoCD and Helm.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup across Cincinnati, Atlanta, or Denver, collaborating with development teams to enable self-service platforms and AI-enabled infrastructure capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or related discipline plus 5+ years in DevOps / CI/CD / Platform Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Strong in Terraform, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Helm
• Proficiency in Python, Groovy
• Experience with AWS cloud and networking fundamentals
• Knowledge of microservices, HA/DR, and multi-region architectures
• Hands-on with Redis, Kafka, Cassandra, ELK
• Strong Linux/Windows administration skills
• Basic understanding of AI/ML cloud services

Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terraform Cloud)
• Implement GitOps (ArgoCD) and Kubernetes deployments (Helm)
• Manage tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Nexus/Artifactory
• Operate and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda)
• Enable self-service platforms for development teams
• Implement monitoring, security, and cost optimization
• Support AI/ML integrations and AI Infra-as-a-Service capabilities
