Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Senior DevOps Cloud/IaC Engineer to join the global DevOps Cloud & Automation team. You will design and manage CI/CD pipelines, build infrastructure as code, and enable self-service platforms for development teams across multiple regions.

The role emphasizes Kubernetes deployments, Terraform, and AI-enabled infra capabilities in an Agile setting. The candidate should have 5+ years of DevOps/Platform Engineering experience, strong Terraform/ArgoCD/Kubernetes skills, and AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or related discipline, plus 5+ years in DevOps/CI/CD/Platform Engineering or equivalent
• Strong experience with Terraform, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Proficiency in Python and Groovy
• Experience with AWS cloud and networking fundamentals
• Knowledge of microservices, HA/DR, and multi-region architectures
• Hands-on with Redis, Kafka, Cassandra, ELK
• Strong Linux/Windows administration skills
• Basic understanding of AI/ML cloud services

Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terraform Cloud)
• Implement GitOps (ArgoCD) and Kubernetes deployments (Helm)
• Manage tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Nexus/Artifactory
• Operate and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda)
• Enable self-service platforms for development teams
• Implement monitoring, security, and cost optimization
• Support AI/ML integrations and AI Infra-as-a-Service capabilities
