Job summary

PSL Group is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer in the United States to deploy and support cloud applications and continuously improve their health and performance. You will design and automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation and Ansible, build and optimize the CI/CD pipeline, and collaborate with Development, Product and Security teams on DevOps initiatives.

Strong experience in AWS, IaC and AI-assisted tooling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in web development, deployment and support.
• 3-5 years with AWS cloud technologies and DevOps.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation and Ansible.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or AI tooling.
• Familiarity with AIOps and AI observability tools.
• Strong communication and Agile/SCRUM experience

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop and automate cloud infrastructure on AWS with IaC.
• Design, implement and optimize the CI/CD pipeline to speed delivery.
• Define best practices for cloud solutions and multi-region deployments.
• Evaluate AI services for internal developer tooling.
• Maintain AI agent skills and runbooks for automated incident analysis.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting following Site Reliability practices.
• Evaluate AI-powered observability to reduce noise and diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with Development, Product and Security teams on DevOps initiatives.
• Perform code reviews for standards, QA and security audits.
• Investigate operational issues in applications.
• Provide hands-on design and coding for complex parts of the project.
• Consult with other development teams and contribute skills as needed.
• Communicate responsibility, initiative, and ownership in work.
• Maintain applications with automation.
