Job summary

Energy Transfer seeks a Senior IT Specialist to lead the implementation of server delivery cloud services, automating provisioning and configuration management of Virtual Server and Application Containers Infrastructure. You will maintain patches and baselines across cloud platforms and drive deployments for mergers and acquisitions and business continuity projects.

Responsibilities include managing on-prem and cloud environments, containerization with Tanzu, Morpheus orchestration, Zerto

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of relevant job related experience for Senior level.
8+ years for Lead/Principal level (as stated).
Experience with VMware Administration/Configuration 7.x, 8.x.
Experience with Containerization: VMware Tanzu.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Microsoft/Linux Server OS implementation/configuration.
Experience with Replication services: Veeam, SRM, Storage replication, Zerto.
Experience with SolarWinds for server monitoring and availability.
Experience with scripting and automation routines.

Responsibilities

On-Prem and Off-Prem Virtual Server infrastructure administration.
Tanzu containers infrastructure configuration, administration, and support.
Configure and maintain Morpheus server build orchestration infrastructure.
Configure and manage Zerto server replication and protection jobs.
Operate and maintain Server information in SolarWinds VMAN and Configuration Management. Include IPAM/Asset Management.
Enhance automation and configuration management for deployments and integrations (acquisitions).
Delivery of IT service management to ensure timely incident/problem resolution.
On-Call 24/7 rotation for emergencies or operational assistance.
