COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Database Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability and reliability of our enterprise database platforms. You will collaborate with infrastructure engineers and business users to deliver automation and self-service capabilities.

The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting IT database solutions with a focus on security, capacity, resiliency, and performance, leveraging Azure services, IaC, and CI/CD practices to drive efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in database IT or related role.
• Automation solutions using scripting languages to streamline operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure SQL, VMs, Storage, Monitor, Automation).
• Designing/high availability, DR, backup, resiliency in Azure.
• IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform or similar.
