Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a senior professional services leader to drive hybrid cloud, data center modernization, and disaster recovery initiatives. You will own client engagements from discovery to implementation, shaping designs, documentation and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise infrastructure projects and owning client-facing technical conversations, solution designs, implementations, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Advanced design and implementation experience with at least one enterprise data protection platform: Veeam, Rubrik, or Commvault.
• Working knowledge of backup architecture, immutability, recovery validation, ransomware resilience, and operational recovery practices.
• Advanced experience with virtualization platforms: VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V, or Dell/HP platforms; cross‑vendor experience preferred.
• Design and implementation experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Pure Storage, Dell Technologies, NetApp, or HPE.
• Knowledge of SAN/NAS technologies (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, NVMe).
• Experience with enterprise servers (HPE ProLiant, Cisco UCS, Dell PowerEdge).
• Experience planning migrations with cutover/runbooks and risk management.
• Knowledge of Ansible/Terraform; PowerShell, Python, REST API is a plus.
• Strong admin/troubleshooting with Windows Server and Linux in enterprise environments.
• Networking, SAN fabrics, identity, security, monitoring, and cloud connectivity for end-to-end data center solutions.
• Ability to produce clear low-level designs, implementation plans, migration runbooks, as-built docs, test plans, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Willingness to travel nationally to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads client engagements from discovery through implementation and knowledge transfer.
• Develops solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
• Mentors team members and manages project risks and dependencies.
• Applies automation using Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, or vendor APIs.
• Works with RMO/PMO on scheduling and engagement management.
