Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to lead a cloud big data pilot program, blending government contracting experience with agile software development. The role requires working in a hybrid schedule, with 1-2 days per week in the San Antonio, TX office and travel to customer sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a U.S. Secret clearance, 3 years of federal program experience, strong communication and public speaking skills, and a background in IT systems operations or DevOps

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• 3 years of federal program support; BS in business/finance/CS or related field, or HS + 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading IT Systems Operations or DevOps and PMO exposure.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the COR and Enlighten management team.
• Assist in customer meetings, trade shows, conferences with public speaking on company capabilities.
• Assist in contract execution to meet delivery objectives, milestones, and cost performance.
• Formulate and enforce work standards, develop schedules, review discrepancies, supervise staff, and communicate policies to teams.
• Oversee personnel and technical management; ensure resources are available to perform tasks.
• Provide program oversight for Enlighten and subcontractors, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Support day-to-day program management and help set long-term objectives for future years.
