The role involves hands-on development across PLM, MDM, DAM, and related systems, with a focus on cloud-based tools and continuous improvement. Collaboration with business partners is essential as you translate requirements and manage moderate guidance in a team setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of developer experience with a STEM degree or IT training.
• Experience across SDLC and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps).
• Experience with teams operating under SLAs to support customer needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, Java, Go or equivalent languages.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, formats and integration methods.
• Familiarity with enterprise toolsets for integration, reporting, orchestration and scheduling.
• Ability to unit test, troubleshoot and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions by designing, building and supporting applications and integrations.
• Own technical activities, write specifications, and guide smaller projects.
• Follow standards for development, code promotion and change management.
• Own testing, debugging and performance tuning of solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge base and SOPs; participate in releases and support.
