Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure successful deployment and adoption of SSE Atmos offerings. You will connect with customers, understand needs, and deliver exemplary service from HPE.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic guidance, and cross-functional collaboration. You will operate in a remote-friendly environment with occasional travel, engaging executives and technical teams to maximize perceived value and retention across key

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting
• Experience in a B2B SaaS organization, with security concepts, remote access and cloud familiarity
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for success
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with ideas to inspire loyalty and adoption
• Experience building strong internal and external relationships
• Travel occasional as needed

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for SSE Atmos offerings and drive cloud revenue growth
• Onboard customers and help define adoption success criteria with proactive guidance
• Engage with a business-led, outcomes-focused mindset to amplify value
• Advocate for innovation and early cloud technology adoption
• Collaborate with Technical Support to resolve customer issues when needed
• Build C-level relationships resulting in deeper loyalty and smoother adoption
• Capture and communicate customer use-case needs to identify gaps and opportunities
• Ensure a consistent customer experience throughout the lifecycle and identify expansion opportunities for Sales
