You will connect with customers, understand needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory skills, executive-level relationships, and the ability to drive adoption and cloud revenue in a remote work setting. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting org.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with security concepts, remote access, and cloud.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for customer success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with ideas to inspire loyalty and adoption.
• Strong relational skills and ability to build internal/external relationships.
• Proven track record of professional customer service in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a tech field; CS/engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor for the customer on SSE Atmos offerings and drive cloud revenue consumption.
• Onboard customers and help define adoption success criteria with proactive recommendations.
• Engage with a business-led, outcome-focused mindset to amplify value of offerings.
• Advocate for innovation and early adoption of cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to resolve customer issues as needed.
• Build C-level relationships resulting in loyalty and smooth adoption experience.
• Help customers unlock Atmos solutions by coordinating with internal teams.
• Identify gaps in offerings related to customer use cases through a closed loop process.
