Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a dedicated information security professional to lead compliance and security efforts for Salesforce Government Cloud. The role requires collaboration with business and technical teams to implement security programs, monitor controls, and advise on stringent security requirements.

Ideal candidates will have experience with FedRAMP and DoD SRG, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and strong analytical skills to create metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, accreditation, and other security related areas.
• Experience with Government Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience in security related analysis, creating metrics and dashboards and summarizing large data sets.
• Ability to work with both business and technical areas and translate between the two areas.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, AWS or similar certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives between stakeholder organizations to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
• Support change management activities with federal authorization bodies.
• Support Salesforce Government Cloud Division security pillars including monitoring, advisory, incident response, AI adoption, and documentation.
• Consult with business or security stakeholders on information security requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and design automated solutions.
