Job summary

Juvare, a SaaS software company delivering resilience solutions for government, healthcare, and industry, seeks a mid-to-senior DevOps engineer to scale secure, compliant cloud infrastructure and drive AI-enabled engineering workflows. You'll own IaC, CI/CD, and automation initiatives across multi-account environments.

Based in Atlanta with remote options, you will implement cost-efficient tooling, integrate AI agents (Copilot/Claude Code), monitor with Datadog, and push for governance of AI

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infra roles.
• Experience with a major cloud provider (AWS/Azure); GovCloud is a plus.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Comfort in regulated/compliance-heavy environments (FedRAMP, IL5, SOC 2).
• Genuine curiosity about AI/automation tooling and adoption of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) across multi-account cloud environments with cost, security, and compliance focus.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting frequent, safe deployments.
• Develop automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, scripts) to reduce manual toil.
• Integrate AI coding assistants and agentic tools into engineering workflows with governance for AI tooling.
• Monitor infrastructure health and security posture using Datadog; build dashboards and alerts for end-to-end visibility.
• Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive work via scripting, IaC, or AI-assisted tooling.
