Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Principal Cloud Services Architect to design complex cloud solutions and lead multi-cloud delivery across Azure, AWS and GCP. You will engage with clients, sales and delivery teams to drive value co‑creation and secure, multi‑year managed services offerings.

You will mentor teams, shape service roadmaps, and ensure execution from design through post‑implementation renewals. This role emphasizes innovation, security, and cost-conscious architecture.

Qualifications

• Extensive understanding of cloud tech, networking, security, and system administration.
• Advanced grasp of multi-cloud technologies and cloud-native workflows.
• Applied experience with Azure, GCP, and AWS infrastructure architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Managed Services delivery models.
• Strong ability to work with costing models, collaborating with sales/finance.
• Proficiency in communicating the value of solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to facilitate workshops to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced managed service solutions that integrate technology and service design across cloud domains.
• Lead the Managed Service offering’s design, testing, and validation of new features.
• Interface with delivery and R&D teams to ensure innovative, secure solutions.
• Map client requirements against service elements and architectures; develop roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops, analyze client architecture, and present cost-savings opportunities.
• Define service elements and ensure compliance, risk mitigation.
• Develop robust transition documents for smooth handovers and renewals.
• Mentor sales teams and coach colleagues to shape digital transformation.
