Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration.
• Advanced grasp of multi‑cloud technologies, cloud‑native workflows, and legacy‑to‑cloud migrations.
• Applied experience with Azure, GCP, and AWS infrastructure architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Managed Services delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Managed Service offering's design, testing and validating new features and enhancements.
• Interface with delivery and R&D teams to ensure innovative, competitive and secure solutions.
• Map client requirements against service elements and architectures; lead full solution development.
• Facilitate workshops, analyze client architecture and present cost‑saving opportunities.
• Develop robust transition documents and roadmaps; support post‑implementation transitions and renewals.
• Mentor sales teams and colleagues, sharing insights to drive excellence.
