Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Infrastructure Systems team. You will implement, maintain, and improve hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments, with emphasis on Linux, Azure, and Microsoft technologies.

You will support VoIP platforms, Windows Server services, AD/GPO, and security hardening, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. This role includes on-call involvement and disaster recovery participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of infrastructure engineering in hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong Linux experience and experience supporting Asterisk infrastructure (RHEL 9+).
• Experience with Azure technologies and Windows Server administration.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise VoIP and telecommunications platforms including Asterisk-based systems.
• Troubleshoot Linux-hosted apps, web services, authentication, certificates, DNS, load balancing, and performance issues.
• Administer Azure cloud environments, VMs, storage, and cloud services.
• Manage hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure and Windows Server environments.
• Administer AD, GPO, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and M365 services.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across infrastructure.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and exercises.
• Monitor health and performance with enterprise tools; document standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors; participate in on-call incident response.
